Group Coaching

What is Group Coaching?

Group coaching allows you to reap immense value from a structured program and benefit from the support and accountability of others regarding a specific program theme. Often this kind of a group is even more powerful than one-on-one because of the synergy that’s created together.

Group Coaching programs are flexible based on desired outcomes, participant schedule, and available budget. Programs are generally 2-6 months long, with sessions running 60-90 minutes, held virtually, and occur 1-4x per month until the program ends.

By participating in group coaching you will:

Define a clear and measurable goal within the program theme and outline action steps to achieve it by program end

Gain insight and feedback on fixed ways of thought or action that are getting in your way

Have a safe space to share and receive wisdom from like-minded people working on similar goals

Receive ongoing accountability and support from your group

Who is Group Coaching For?

People who can benefit most from group coaching include those experiencing a transition such as moving towards promotion and a higher level of leadership responsibility, or leaders who want to feel empowered and learn how to empower others. It’s for people who are open to feedback who want to better themselves personally and professionally.

When people from an organization receive coaching together it creates a model for building trust through vulnerability and curiosity. Each participant can then take these behaviors back to their individual teams and create a culture of trust.

It’s also a model for the coaching style of leadership. When people participate in group coaching, they learn in how to ask better questions, stay curious, and hold themselves and others accountable. They practice these skills in their coaching group and then can use them when they are back with their own teams.
