My work with leaders is grounded in my commitment to integrity and to respect other people. I listen to ensure we’re aligned about what’s truly important to you and those you lead, and what it will take to make real change. I leverage my experience and skills to help you take action and move towards the vision that inspires you.

My approach in working together is first and foremost to be really, really curious.

From working with my own coaches, I know that whatever I bring to work on has deeper layers that I can’t currently see – that’s why I work with a coach. I am listening and looking for what truly matters to you. Sometimes you might not know what this is, and our work together helps us make this tangible.

Curiosity at this stage of our partnership might feel like questioning things you are sure are solid and true, and yet when given the time and space to reflect honestly, you notice that you have made a series of assumptions that now limit your impact.

Once we are both clear with what you want, as well as an honest assessment of the current situation your find yourself in, we work together to uncover the habits of thought and action that are getting in your way, which might almost feel like invisible walls. As you find the edges of these walls, you create experiments – trying on new habits of thought and action and learning from the feedback you receive.

Over time these new habits allow you to look out onto new territory with fresh eyes. You see new possibilities for yourself and those you work with, and you look back at how much you’ve learned and how far you’ve come towards what matters most to you.

Along the way I can guarantee that things will not go as expected. You might uncover previously unknown fears, strengths, values, and perhaps even big dreams. Regardless of the situation you find yourself in when we work together, I’m in your corner as a partner to help you get from where you are, to where you want to be.

How I’m Unique

I bring a unique skill set that your organization may lack. I have more than 25 years of experience as an accomplished leader. I attribute my success to having sat in the “hot seat” as a nonprofit CEO, as well as having worked with Fortune 500 organizations in multiple industries. While I’m not here to tell you what to do, my leadership experience guides me to help you and your teams become the best leaders possible.

Above all, I’m flexible. Different leaders, teams, and situations all need different approaches. One size does not fit all. I offer 1:1 and Group Coaching that addresses a wide variety of challenges in a way that makes them learning opportunities that lead to greater impact for you and your organization.
