Put my years of leadership development experience to work for you and your team, to increase the impact you have in your organization and in the world.

John Chilkotowsky

Executive Leadership Coach

I believe coaching encourages us to unlock our greatness by working on the hard stuff.

Imagine leading with unshakeable confidence and a calm executive presence– because you know your values and how to stay in integrity with them. You are aware of the ways in which old habits might steer you astray in high-pressure situations, and how to shift towards new habits of the leader you want to become.

My specialty is working with senior leaders in transition:

  • o To find calm in the chaos to give your best without burnout
  • o To challenge the status quo in a respectful, innovative way
  • o To leverage your strengths and develop what matter most to you and your team

We are all leaders with worthy goals and dreams that will positively impact the world. At this time in history, we need leaders who are willing to aim big, fail, fail again, and keep getting up – learning, growing, and contributing at ever greater levels.

Like a giant surging wave, the speed and complexity of our interactions continue to increase, and I see coaching as a unique relationship-based technology that accelerates our learning and growth to match (and surf) these challenges.

  • o First, coaching illuminates the habits that hold us back.
  • o Then it allows us to interrupt these habits, think differently, and act at a level of greater creativity and impact.
  • o And as we use coaching systemically, we further accelerate the process of learning and growth through many others on our teams and in our organizations.

I am a trusted ally that engages leaders with curiosity, enthusiasm, and focuses on long-term impact. I am a former Senior Consultant at Accenture for Fortune 100 companies and I have more than 25 years of executive & leadership experience across multiple industries.

Past clients include Verizon, AT&T, Cargill, Genentech, and Astra Zeneca. I am also a former non-profit CEO and COO and am a Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Outside of coaching, one of my ongoing practices is parkour. Parkour is a training discipline where the aim is to get from one point to another in a complex environment, in the fastest and most graceful way possible. When I practice scaling a low wall or falling into a roll on the ground, I learn about creativity, optimism vs. reality, the need for self-care, and more that I then apply in my coaching with leaders.

I work with authenticity, a focus on success and a good sense of humor! I am honored and excited to have life-changing conversations with outstanding leaders.
